All books subject to prior sale. Payment via PAYPAL in U.S. dollars. We generally ship United States Postal Service Media Rate for orders within the USA and charge $6.00 for the first book, and $5.00 for each additional book on multiple title orders. If you would like your book(s) to be shipped by any method other than USPS Media Rate, you must indicate that to us. We ship international orders via U.S. Postal Service Global Priority and customers will be charged at that rate. Oversized books, whether domestic or international, may require us to charge additional postage. Books are returnable for any reason within 30 days of purchase. California residents add 9.5 % sales tax. California dealers please include resale card and number in lieu of tax.
